of 34bd Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 34bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at 34bd.io and any associated sub-domains or applications.

Access to and use of the 34bd platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published at the time of a promotional offer.

Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion or bonus offer, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 34bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion programme, either through 34bd or through any other responsible gaming body that 34bd recognises.
• You must not be acting as an agent or proxy for any third party. Each account must represent a single real person and their own funds.

By registering, you represent and warrant to 34bd that all eligibility conditions are met. Providing false information in relation to eligibility — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 34bd platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or using different payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 34bd reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, with or without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly should any information change. 34bd relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process transactions, and communicate with you. Inaccurate or misleading registration information may result in account suspension and delayed or refused withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 34bd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 34bd support at [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

34bd may require you to complete a Know Your Customer verification process at any point. This may include submitting a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay, and ultimately in account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

34bd accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of making a deposit.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are generally credited to your 34bd account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. 34bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Player Funds

All funds deposited by players are held separately from 34bd's operational funds. 34bd does not use player deposits for any purpose other than facilitating gameplay and settling winning withdrawals. Your account balance represents a debt owed by 34bd to you and is repayable on demand subject to these Terms, applicable verification requirements, and any applicable wagering conditions on bonus funds.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 34bd does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing from payment instruments denominated in foreign currencies may incur conversion fees applied by their payment provider; 34bd is not responsible for such fees.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested in respect of cleared, real-money funds in your account balance. Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. 34bd reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.

5.2 Processing Times

34bd aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to identity verification and any applicable security checks. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods or that trigger additional review may take longer. 34bd will communicate any delays to the player via their registered contact details.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 34bd reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made via a specific method for fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not associated with the registered player are not permitted.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. 34bd reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice to players.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 34bd are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable promotional terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed using bonus funds on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

34bd actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and exploiting errors in bonus configurations. Where bonus abuse is identified, 34bd reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it and to close the associated account.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

34bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that doing so does not unfairly disadvantage players who have already commenced participating in the promotion in good faith. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to its modification will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of opt-in.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 34bd platform use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are fair and unpredictable. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are conducted in accordance with those providers' published game rules and procedures.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, and kabaddi — are subject to 34bd's sports betting rules, which govern settlement, void bets, in-play betting, maximum payout limits, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. Specific rules for each sport are published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of 34bd's trading team is final and binding.

7.3 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, 34bd will use reasonable endeavours to determine the correct game state at the time of the malfunction and to settle the affected game accordingly. Where the correct game state cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player. 34bd's decision in such circumstances is final.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to each game and market and are displayed within the game interface or betting market. 34bd reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a player is engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage, or other forms of advantage play that are contrary to the spirit of fair gaming.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 34bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage, including during registration, identity verification, or when contacting support.
• Money Laundering: Using the 34bd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or using the platform to launder proceeds of crime.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in table games, card games, or rummy to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or configuration errors in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your 34bd account, whether for gambling purposes or any other reason.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the platform if you are under the age of 21, or assisting any person under 21 to access the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your 34bd account.

9. Privacy & Data

34bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering with 34bd, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

34bd uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required to operate the platform lawfully and to prevent fraud and financial crime.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 34bd platform — including but not limited to software, game content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and audio-visual elements — is the property of 34bd or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the 34bd platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 34bd's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 34bd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the amount of funds held in your 34bd account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

34bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from technical failures, delays, or interruptions to service beyond 34bd's reasonable control.

34bd does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are adequate and appropriately protected.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 34bd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (subject to applicable verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations under these Terms that arose prior to closure.

12.2 Termination by 34bd

34bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached these Terms or any other policy of the platform;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Continued operation of your account would expose 34bd to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• You request self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the breach (including winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be forfeited. Balances not associated with the breach will be returned to the player subject to verification.

13. Amendments

34bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 34bd will notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 34bd is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of 34bd's jurisdiction of incorporation.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction. 34bd is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Players who have a dispute in relation to the platform are encouraged to contact support in the first instance before pursuing any formal legal process.
